Seasons 52

I know it has been a while since I last wrote, but I have a slew of new restaurants coming your way in the next few weeks; just in time for the holiday season! While Halloween has come and gone, I have skipped the tricks and decided to give you a treat. Seasons 52 has opened up in the Shops at Legacy, and you are going to love this restaurant.  Aside from the eclectic mix of American cuisine, the atmosphere is upbeat and innovative.

The food at Seasons 52 is unbelievably fresh, light and reasonably priced (especially for what you get). I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy seafood, but everything on the menu is wonderful. For an appetizer, I would recommend the crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms or the garlic chicken flatbread.  For the main course, the scallops are very tasty and larger than the portions at most restaurants.  The scallops are paired with a sundried tomato pearl pasta, which reminded me of risotto.  The atlantic salmon comes out fresh on a cedar plank, grilled to perfection and full of flavor.  Additionally, the shrimp penne pasta tastes a lot more fattening than it actually is.

That is because...drumroll please... all items on the menu are under 475 calories! That's right everyone, good for your wallet and good for you (who would have ever thought).

For dessert, Seasons 52 features the mini "shot glass" type desserts, which are perfect for a small sweet bite everyone needs after a meal!  Bon Appetit :)
